   Lead the product lifecycle planning for core product lines in the company's global stablecoin payment infrastructure, including On/Off-ramp (fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat dual conversion), Foreign Exchange (FX) trading products, and global liquidity/LP channel integration.
   
    
2. FX & Exchange Engine Design
   Spearhead the product design of foreign exchange and cryptocurrency conversion trading systems, supporting market orders, limit orders, multi-currency quoting, spread management, currency hedging, and slippage control to meet 24/7, high-concurrency conversion demands.
   
    
3. Proprietary Position Management & Risk Netting
   Design comprehensive Position & Risk Management systems tailored for proprietary (Principal) market-making or risk-taking conversion scenarios. Enable real-time exposure monitoring across multi-currency, multi-account, and multi-LP setups, automated netting, risk limit alerts, and hedging strategy configuration.
   
    
4. On/Off-ramp & LP Channel Integration
   Lead the business and technical integration of mainstream global liquidity providers (LPs), market makers, interbank FX channels, and compliant On/Off-ramp service providers. Design standardized LP gateway interfaces to achieve smart order routing (SOR), best execution pricing, and automated failover switching.
   
    
5. Compliance, Clearing, & Business Empowerment
   Collaborate with risk management, compliance, and finance teams to optimize capital clearing and settlement workflows within anti-money laundering (AML), funds segregation, and cross-border regulatory frameworks, empowering diverse scenarios such as cross-border trade, corporate global payout, and payroll distribution.

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Experience: 3–5+ years of product management experience in internet finance, licensed payment institutions, foreign exchange trading platforms, or the Web3 sector.
• Core Expertise (Deep experience in the following dimensions):
  • FX & Trading Systems: Proficient in FX trading product design, familiar with Spot/Forward trading logic, quote distribution mechanisms, and spread/fee models.
  • Proprietary Position & Risk Management: Experienced in product design for position management, net exposure calculation, real-time risk control, and hedging strategies under proprietary (Principal) modes, with a deep understanding of exchange rate volatility risks and capital occupation costs.
  • On/Off-ramp & LP Integration: Spearheaded crypto fiat-on/off-ramp or cross-border payment system development, with deep experience integrating mainstream liquidity providers (LPs), market makers, or upstream FX channels via APIs, and familiar with Smart Order Routing (SOR) logic.
• Professional Competencies:
  • A profound understanding of the underlying logic of currency exchange, with strong system architecture thinking capable of abstracting complex clearing, position netting, and fund flows into highly extensible product modules.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project driving capabilities, able to efficiently coordinate engineering, quantitative, compliance, and business resources.
  • Familiarity with the Web3 ecosystem, with deep insights into the issuance, redemption, on-chain settlement, and off-chain fiat linkage mechanisms of stablecoins (USDT/USDC, etc.).
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with compliance system implementation for global financial/payment licenses (e.g., Hong Kong MSO, US MSB, Singapore MAS, European EMI).
  • Background in product design for market-making systems or high-frequency trading risk control systems.
