Senior Manager, Growth Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our digital products, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape in the payment and Web3.0 aspect.
  • Manage and create public relations content in both English and Chinese while also managing coordination with local and international media channels (such as newspapers, news outlets, blogs etc.) ensuring a public image that reflects the company’s brand image.
  • Create, manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid digital marketing (e.g. SEO and SEM), social media (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Discord), content marketing, and events, to generate awareness and drive user acquisition on both traditional Web2.0 channels and Web3.0 channels.
  • Manage agencies (if applicable) in marketing, public relations, vendors for events etc. 
  • Develop and execute offline marketing events including but not limited to the design, coordination, delegation, and execution of events at conferences, keynote speeches, fire-side chats and other events.
  • Understand and stay abreast with new developments in Fintech and provide guidance to product development and the identification of partnership and customers.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product teams, sales teams, and other stakeholders to align marketing activities with overall business objectives. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate marketing initiatives and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Work with management to develop budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment, and profit-loss projections from marketing efforts.
  • Track, report and analyze key marketing metrics, engagement, growth performance indicators and other KPIs, providing regular updates to management on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives based on data.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Experience in marketing of digital products or a some understanding of the Web 3.0 ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns without the help of 3rd party agencies.
  • Solid knowledge of fintech industry trends, Web 3.0, technologies, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing and public relations content.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment,
  • Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
  • Open-minded, self-motivated, flexible, independent, professional and team player
  • Passion for emerging technologies, fintech, and the Web 3.0.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as VP.
